These Terms & Conditions are expressly accepted without reserves, by the visitor of tegamitype.com who admits having a perfect knowledge of the said Terms and Conditions, while proceeding to any order on the website, especially special conditions like signing an End User License Agreement when buying fonts license(s). The End User is bound by the said Terms and Conditions and any condition not corresponding to the Terms and Conditions set to this term can not be accepted by Tegamitype. These Terms and Conditions are subject to be modified at any time and may without notice, knowing that the conditions applied on tegamitype.com are those at the date of the order. All other terms of a sale produced by the visitor of tegamitype.com will have no legal value and can not engage the responsibility and/or liability of tegamitype.com neither Tegamitype. The access to tegamitype.com’s visitor area and/or user area whatever the service, the tegamitype.com’ visit tacitly implies that the visitor of tegamitype.com accepts the Tegamitype Terms & conditions. The visitor of Tegamitype.com is informed that the Terms & conditions do not require a handwritten signature to be accepted and that the validation of his order product online binds him.

Products

Fonts that are for sale in our website are available but not limited to for Macintosh and /or Windows platforms. Tegamitype’s products are available in any country in the world which are not in sanction from Indonesian Government.

Payment Policy

Tegamitype’s visitor can choose between several payment options offered by tegamitype.com: Wired Transfer and Go-pay for Indonesian customers and also VISA, MasterCard, and Paypal for International Customers. All amounts due under the Contract must be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (other than any deduction or withholding of tax as required by law and/or our payment partner). All transactions made at tegamitype.com will be subject to tax in accordance with applicable in Indonesia, which is 10%.

Refund Policy

Currently, we cannot offer refunds after the purchase is made. Although, if there is a minor or major error with the fonts you ordered, let us know within 24 hours of purchase and we will try to fix the situation. However, if we cannot reach for a solution, a refund will be offered.

Copyright & Licensing

As a typographic design, the Typeface generated by the digital font licensed by Tegamitype is protected by the Indonesia Intellectual Property, regardless of the country in which you are operating, by the copyright laws and intellectual property code, by other international treaties.By paying, downloading, installing, and/or using digital font, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms of the End-user license agreement, which binds you legally to Tegamitype and that you have the legal capacity to contract. According to any violation, and contrary action to this rule, or if you don’t accept these terms you will not be authorized to use this product/ software.

Tegamitype is a registered trademark. All Tegamitype trademarks, logo, pictures, texts, fonts posted on tegamitype.com are the sole property of Tegamitype. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from tegamitype for your own personal or commercial use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions and license agreement that is included with your purchase option.

Unless otherwise stated, you must not:

• Republish material from tegamitype;
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from tegamitype;
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from tegamitype;
• Redistribute content from tegamitype.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
